Emily Stern is a chef, teacher, singer/performer, organizer and activist. She's been teaching and performing for over 15 years all over the country. She's worked extensively with survivors of abuse and domestic violence, gender issues, GLBTQ issues and AIDS. She's is a freelance chef, cooking instructor and holistic health counselor.

Self-care, self-awareness, accountability, and creativity and integration are themes throughout everything she does. Most of her workshops, art and activism are centered on these themes.

Emily currently resides in Santa Fe, New Mexio with her daughter Francesca.
