Emily has a passion for organizing, creating and manifesting: huge events, art projects, movements, tours, non-profits, boards, offices, programs, organizations, fundraisers, education and outreach projects, people, places, things, offices, kitchens, homes, bodies, lives. . . and everything in between. She is available for private and group consultation. Please feel free to email her. EVENTS: Dream Big, whatever the size. Emily calls upon the importance of the interconnectedness of all people, communities, and funding to create events that generate not only money, education, and awareness, but even more importantly, Community Sustainability. She holds a strong belief in the public forum as an important and effective space for creating change. ORGANIZATIONAL: Emily has worked with many non-profits and grassroots organizations and movements. She’s worked with boards, providing technical support. She’s served on boards. She’s been a liaison, trainer, community head, fundraiser, steering committee member, employee advocate, and of course, a combination of all of the above. Some core concepts and goals involved with organizational consulting:
SPACIAL: A common joke among old friends, organizing actual rooms came later in life, as many will attest to, as they fondly recall spraining their ankles while trying to walk through her bedroom. Those days are long gone though, and in it’s place has sprouted a love of creative order and a surprising knack for creating individualized systems based on systemic goals, learning styles, aesthetics, income, communication, ability, and many other factors. Emily has been developing her techniques as a personal organizer and organizing consultant for the last several years. She is occasionally available for private consultation. PEOPLE: Emily takes a creative and holistic approach, which includes teaching, organizing, social work, nutritional healing, self-care, and self-defense skills, and wraps it all into individualized programs that enable her clients to achieve the goals that they set out to do. |
